Was going to jump rope today but I left
my jump rope at home and my right shin is killing me because I need new shoes
but can’t afford them :( Instead I’ll walk the dog on this gorgeous 65 degree
winter day and do some anterior tibialis pulls with my resistance band to
strengthen my shins. With $-110 to my name right now who the hell knows when
I’ll get new shoes :(
