Mnt. climbers - 34/36/36/39
Part 3: 4 min
Sandbag clean - 5 reps - 5 sets completed in 4min
Front squats - 5 reps - 5 sets completed in 4min
BR workout time: 12 min
Total workout time: 22 min
This workout was really fun! Hard but I liked the layout and all
of the exercise combos too!
