Red Hot & Body Stats

Had some sort of food poisoning or something all day yesterday and all of last night so I couldn’t workout. I feel better today but not 100% at first. Felt 100% better after this workout though!


Body stats update: 125.4lbs // 16.4% body fat



10 min yoga sculpt (this was my first crack at an int/adv course. the strength is there but not the flexibility.)


*500 high knee jump ropes - i think this was a bonus effort on my part...oops!

10 seated pullups/10 v-crunches - 10 sets

500 high knee jump ropes

Core twist pushups - 50 rep (very hard!)

500 high knee jump ropes

Sandbag swing (like kB swing) - 50 reps (30lbs)
