Perform each exercise back to back. 1 rep of each then 2 of each then 3 of each. Ex. 1 pushup/1 elbow plank, 2 pushup/2elbow plank....

Jump lunges
Dynamic squats
Total: 7 reps

Knee hugs
Mnt climbers
8 reps

3min
Dive bombers
Burpees
5 reps
