5 min yoga warm up
1/4 mile sprint**still don’t have a rower :(
10----> 1 Thrusters (#55)
1--->10 Box Jumps 20"
1/4 mile sprint
START with 1/4 mile run. Then do 10 Thrusters, followed by 1 Box Jump. Then you do 9 thrusters, followed by 2 box jumps, 8 thrusters, 3 box jumps, etc, etc. THEN FINISH with1/4 mile run.
Completion time: 15min 55s
