Zshred #24 & DECEMBER PLAN!

DECEMEBER PLAN (starting this week):
- 1 climb/wk or if no climb add in one of my wo's
- 4 zgyms/wk
- 5 min JR before EVERY workout
- 2 min yoga before EVERYworkout (choose specific area of focus)
- MORE VEGGIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Less chips & crackers

    •    20 dB StoS Squat Press #25
    •    1 Minute Jump Rope
    •    20 Alternating dB Side Lunge Touch Ground #25
    •    1 Minute Jump Rope
    •    15 Dumbbell Pass V-Up #20 (like ball pass but with dB)

TOTAL TIME: ~29 MIN

Sun eats:

1130 - 2.5 slice paleo pizza, 1/3c nuts, protein hot choc, grapefruit
3 - tato/turkey soup, 1/2 jar chia pudding, 
730 - pork/butternut stew
