1030 - paleo shepherds pie, 1/2 cup nuts
145 - chicken, broccoli stir fry w/ carrots/1/3 cucumber & 10 lg strawberries, small sliver of paleo pizza
7 - ground bison, spinach salad, 1/4 cup gauc
