Tear It Up!

Added a part 4 because I need more pull in these workouts. They are so push oriented and I feel that there should be a better balance.

Diet is going from ok to BAD!!!! I ate some chips today and even though its my high cal day I need to stop using it as an excuse to eat anything I want!!!!!! I really need to get ahold of this…I am almost out of time!   Tomorrow I’m going to start with a clean slate and get my four low days with clean food only. I probably will have an active rest day tomorrow since my work schedule is nuts. EAT CLEAN! EAT CLEAN! EAT CLEAN!
