thurs eats:
7 - cappuccino shake, apple
1045 - ground bison, coconut butter 1tbsp, sweet potato
330 - 2 hb egg scramble with mushroom/broccoli & salsa, applesauce, luna protein bar
830 - 1/2 chicken breast, salad
