Hot Body Beach Workout

5 min yoga warm up (I forget to post this sometimes but I ALWAYS do my yoga warm up. It’s a real life saver with my back. In fact I’ve been back pain free for a month and a half now!)

#1 10/30s - 6 rounds:

side lunge/knee tuck L - 31/31

side lunge/knee tuck R - 30/31

happy monkey exercise - 6/7

#2 2 minute count down:

commando pushups w/ 10 mnt. climber sprints - 8.5

#3 10/30s - 6 rounds:

jump lunge - 25/17/17

diamond runner pushup - 6/7/6

Repeat #2 - 7.5

Repeat #1 - 36/33     35/33     6/7

Repeat #2 - 8

Repeat #3 - 22/13/14     6.5/6/5.5

+ 20 min jump rope (10s/20s -- 40 rounds)
