3 - 1/2 chicken breast, veggie stix, 1/4th cup mixed raw seeds & nuts
630 - 1.5 cup creamy paleo pumpkin chicken casserole

7 - 3 eggs, banana
1045 - 1.5 cup paleo casserole leftovers, mac nuts
3 - 1 pkt tuna, salad, 3  carrots, 1/4th cup shredded coconut, 2 tbsp raisins
