830 - leftover thai chicken curry
930 - raspberries

9 - protein shake w/ 1/2 nana
1 - chicken salad, yam in coc. oil, apple, raspberries, nuts
4 - tuna, mixed green salad w/ home made dressing, 1/2 pc protein bread, goldfish:(
630 - apple
945 - 1/2 pc protein bread, watermelon
