+ 30 min HiiT [10 min ARC trainer (1:1 sprints), 10 min elliptical (1:1 sprints), 10 min treadmill (1:15/45s sprints)]   **this wasn’t that hard. up it next time

3 point abs - 4/4/4

*holy hell this was one of the hardest 12 min of my life!!

1)          15 min JR/tB alternating (10/20s -- 30x)
