  1. One arm kettlebell row alt #40
  2. Jump lunge heel lift
  3. KB swing to pendulum #40
  4. Sumo jump squat and heel raise
  5. KB criss cross mountain climbers (x4) to standing overhead press #40
  6. Laying legs lift (hips off the ground) to KB sit up and overhead press #40
