Summer Abs Series #8 & 2nd Trimester Modification

NEWS FLASH:
You are now in you're second trimester. My gut feeling is to drop to 4 total workouts per week but I'm going to try something different instead. It may work, it may not. Sub one weight workout for one bodyweight! If that still feels too intense I'll drop the 5th. Also, I'll be modifying all floor abs from now on as well as doubling my warm up time (which I haaaaaaaate.)
