i didn’t keep
track of my reps on the first part but my quads are super fatigued right now so
i know i pushed hard. like, i can barely make it up the stairs right now…..
the second part
of the workout I completed in 12 minutes! in total this workout took me 16 min
(not far off from Zuzana’s time!) but I also warmed up with my jump rope for 10
minutes before i got started. i prefer to keep my work outs a little bit longer
than she has been lately.
i am lovin’
this body weight stuff so much so that i think i will start a dumb bell/ body
weight hybrid routine next week:D
