Srsly. Annoyed. I need...desperately... to step up my game or I'll be stuck in this tub o lard at the beach.

7- glass o red, salad, broccoli, chicken, steak, set tato, fruit snacks


Wednesday

8- BP coffee

11- craving cocoa

12- paleo bread turkey sam, Apple, cherries, spinach salad

130- 1/2 probar, 1T alm butter, small bowl Mac n cheese (=1cho)

230- craving cocoa

430-1/8th meatloaf, carrots, blueberries 

7-chicken fajita bowl w/ 1/2c brown rice
