2.  KB deadlift /rack/squat down/up/down put job down and then  jump squat x 10 sets #40
3. Jump lunge x 20
4. KB low squat swing x 40 #30
5. Jump lunge x 20
6. Standing chair high kick back 20/20
Time: 18:51
JR to 25min (10/30--12x= 8min)
