tabata legs #5 & body stats

Ahhhhhh....it's been a rough last week living at the hospital for three days. I nailed the IF part, I didnt get all 6 workouts/walks in. Just gotta let it go.

Energy-wise anyway. Not sure that its getting the best results ever but there's my DIET to blame for the tiny results.

20 min hiit workout//2 mi dog walk x5 a week with a side of I.F. 8pm-2pm. This is my perfect energy balance. I feel good (like I still have energy for the boys) after a workout but still sore sometimes AND I'm not sooooooo hungry that I eat EVERYTHING. Score. The only thing that's off right now is my sleep. Some days it affects my appetite (SUNDAy! >:( raaaarg ) I'm doing 11pm-5am at best. Further reflection on this matter is required.
