Baby Got Back #1 & PBB Day 13

Quick couple days rest as things went downhill for awhile. Doc says it's pretty normal for pProms to flux like that but strict bedrest sucks. Stuck with this hand IV that's kinda uncomfortable. We'll see how well I can work around it.

scap band retraction (yellow)
chair pose with 8 side steps each side
^doing this felt really good today.

^It's as I suspected...this twisting/bending yoga stuff is causing problems. I'll be limiting to inversions and maybe cat/cow from now on.
