Notes:

- anxiety diet cont'd :/ -- seems like the moral here is a hard cut for a shorter time works well for me.

- so exhausted...only making three 20min cardio sessions happen so far

- cut out upper body/TB sesh but kept sngl row in one of the PT WOs PLUS the 3rft2 to keep me from slouching
