4 - protein hot choc, steamed veggies, tato in ghee
8 - leftover thai curry w/ extra spinach

fri eats:
8 - coffee w/ prot creamer
1130 - can o tuna, salad, touch o dressing w/ vinegar, 2T p28 pB
230 - 1T p28 pB, grapes
4 - protein hot choc, yam in coc oil, sauteed zucchini
7 -  spaghetti squash alfredo w/ extra veggies in sauce, handful of rice puffs :((((((((
