"Catching Fire Challenge Day 16" - by k8* [VIDEO]

Thinkin' about adding another workout day soon for a total of 6 days/wk. The lazy part of me says, "Naah, just wait and see how much more you can accomplish with only 5 days. The I-CAN'T-WAIT-TO-DITCH-THE-JIGGLE-SEMI-NEUROTIC part of me says, "DO IT. NOW." Agh. Such a struggle. The latter seems to be winning as I've thought about adding that 6th day come March...especially if I haven't made decent progress.Perhaps that 6th day will be devoted to jump rope intervals or running intervals if its nice outside....
