Thurs eat:
140 - gigantic salad w/ vinegar, 4 paleo chicken fingers, 1/2c gluten free pasta/lentil mix, large apple, 2 eggs & parm, 4 mac nuts, 1 serv crackers
4 - mint protein ice cream (1.5scp)
7 - can o tuna (mayo/pickles), carrots, lots of crackers:(
Dammit. Crackers.
