LAST WORKOUT WK 8 PP!! Z's WO #45

Screw it. I'm bored of those core circuits. Time to step it up.

  1. Scissors (x5) to Knee Hug (1) - 6/7
  2. Plank Knee Tucks (forward, side) to Push-up alt. - 6/6 (full!)
  3. Side Plank Leg Lift – Left - 18/22
  4. Side Plank Leg Lift – Right - 19/20
  5. Sit up/Twist L/Sit up/Twist R - 12/11
  6. *Ball stirs 10each direction alt - 2.5/2.5
