A POUND (128.6)! FINALLY! This makes me feel like all my efforts haven't been
in vain! But I've still got a week to make headway so this:
DIET CHALLENGE!
Only 1 T nut butter a day.
Keep it under control man. Though it
was only a pound difference, at least I am quite noticably leaner
because the grain/dairy bloat is gone! Also for the record, it seems
like it takes about 3 weeks for my metabolism to catch up with the fact I
cut some time from my normal exercise routine.
