- run program for 8 weeks
- 5 WO/wk (sub 1 climb)
- 2 double WOs//2JR 15mins//1 zyoga
- 3 WO during the week 20-25min//2 WO on weekend 30min +
Indoor climb: 5.8, 9, 10-, 10, 10+, 11 (1st-2/3 way/slip off, 2nd- same slip, 3rd-finished w/ extra holds)
