🥝 May Notes (⚡️CUT4⚡️)
Notes:
Finish up cut by June and add food back via servings method
LO1a & b lower body WOs (30min timer, 3 rounds plus core or rolling)
2 JR20 + 1 20min run
no lbs this month - 130lbs ish would be my guess - still very little appetite due to stress
